Healing Breathwork with Aria Diana

Join Aria Diana for an active, guided breathwork meditation to calm the central nervous system, move stuck energy, and clear the body of suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs. In this special 60-minute class, you’ll use your own breath to release stress and activate your intuition, helping you connect to yourself, discover personal insights, and shed old patterns.

Please wear layers of warm, comfortable clothing, and bring an eye-mask or scarf to cover your eyes to go deeper into the experience. You'll also want to have blankets and water or hot tea nearby.
