STRONGER Flow

STRONGER Flow with Rachel Huseby is a low impact interval training class. This 45-minute class is broken down into intervals that hit every muscle group, for a total body workout set to your favorite jams. It offers an emphasis on stretching and core work, and utilizes the body as a tool rather than equipment. Light weights optional.

CoreBurn

Join Allison Tibbs for CoreBurn, a dynamic class focused on building strength and definition in your core and glutes. Come work for the sweaty burn and leave with a giant smile on your face!

Barre Fusion

Inspired by elements of ballet, pilates and yoga, Barre Fusion with Danielle Joseph provides a low impact, high energy workout for all ages and fitness levels.
