Confirmation Email and Livestream Link
Upon signing up for class, you will receive a confirmation email with a live stream link from aloha@theassembly.com
If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder
For some fitness classes, your confirmation email will also have a Spotify playlist link, curated by the fitness instructor who will you cue you on when to hit play once the stream begins

Live Streaming Best Practices
Remove any unused devices from your wifi connection
Be as close to your wifi router as possible
Close out all applications and/or quit your browser
Open a new browser window to use for streaming
Chrome works best with our platform
You don’t need to sign in or subscribe to view the live stream
If you start streaming late, click ahead on the bottom of the page to sync with real time (the top upper corner of your page should say “LIVE” and not “DVR”)
Trouble with the Live Stream?
Most of the world is home and trying to operate in a digital space, so streaming issues may occur
If you are experiencing lag, a loading circle, or visual issues, refresh the page
If the stream drops, we will try to reconnect as quickly as possible
If there are further connectivity issues, someone from our team will be in touch
