The Assembly's signature high intensity interval training (HIIT) class strength workout will get you lifting heavy, moving together and feeling STRONGER with every session. The 45-minute class is broken into various strength-training intervals, hitting every muscle group, for a total body workout from head-to-toe.

Join Allison Tibbs for CoreBurn, a dynamic class focused on building strength and definition in your core and glutes. Come Alive is an invigorating class led by Dani Parker that challenges the body while focusing the mind. The Assembly Anywhere is here to help you discover the practices that you didn’t know you needed but will soon become part of your routine (hello, facial massage). We don’t tell you what you need to do or what you should do. Instead, we provide a diverse range of options so you can ultimately decide what makes you feel good and give yourself permission to show up for you. The good (better) news is that there’s an entire community cheering you on and doing the same.
We’re here for you so you can be too.
Wellness
You know those people who filled gaps in your life you didn’t realize were there? That’s how we feel about our dedicated team of practitioners. They’re certified, specialized, and have years of experience under their belts, but what makes them especially unique is that they are invested in you, in your personal wellbeing. There is no one size fits all solution to a healthy body, mind, and spirit, and we’ve assembled a group of experts who practice this daily.
Facial Care
Yolanda Porrata is simply a skin guru. A California native, she brings that ease and seemingly effortless calm and wisdom into all of her sessions. She teaches us how to dye our brows (honestly, they’ve never looked bigger. Or better), what products we should avoid using for our skin type, and introduces us to all the ways we can use ACV and Manuka honey. FYI, add it to all your face masks.
Each week, Yolanda shares more about the routines and products that not only support our skin but help slow us down and take care of ourselves in a more meaningful way. You can't rush Gua Sha now can you?

Self Massage
We’re big fans of massage - Thai massage, massage guns, a five minute massage train in between meetings (no, we’re not above that), and more recently, self-massage. Karinn Gallagher, acupuncturist and certified massage therapist, leads us in weekly workshops where we learn massage techniques that help move the subtle energies of the body. You’ll feel supported in creating more space, reducing stress and anxiety, and boosting overall immunity.
Karinn has a Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses that mindset to educate and connect us to our structures and bodies, and the ways in which we can care more deeply ourselves.

Breathwork
What is breathwork you ask? We weren’t sure at first either, but it is definitely worth finding out for yourself. Our instructors will kindly and gently guide you though this powerful, active meditation technique that utilizes the breath for self-healing. With an active breath, you’re able to release stress, deepen into your intentions, discover personal insights, and shed old patterns. You will leave lighter and brighter, and it just might change your life. Not so bad, right?

Physical Therapy Workshops
We’ve all been there - we’ve pushed a little too hard in a workout or woke up with a stiff neck or, despite our best effort, can’t kick that lower back pain. Not feeling our best is frustrating, especially when the root of the issue isn’t clear and we don’t know how to treat it. We like to think of physical therapy as a tune up, maintenance, a trip to the shop, to ensure that we have the support to get us back to feeling good in our bodies.
Meditation
Raise your hand if you have a meditation app on your phone but hardly use it ✋While many of us intend to meditate daily/weekly/monthly, the truth is that it can be difficult to start on your own. Together we’re here to commit to learning techniques to quiet the mind, and like most things it takes practice. Our guided meditations are designed to reduce stress, help you feel more present in your life, and leave you feeling calm and happy. You deserve that.

Whether you are looking for a dive deep in a four-part workshop or you just have 45 minutes to learn how to improve your photo editing, we have something for you. Connecting to our interests is deeply gratifying and stimulating. No expertise necessary. Just show up.
Photography Workshops
It’s frustrating how a Bon Appetit recipe never looks as appealing in a picture as it does IRL. Let’s be real, iPhone photography skills could always benefit from tips from an expert, especially now that we’re all food and landscape photographers and sharing our adventurous moments.
Praise Santos, photographer and founder of ComePlum, teaches us how to maximize our phone’s built-in features while focusing on a different theme each week - from lighting, to portraits, to editing - she does it all. Your feed will thank you.
Skill Building
We haven’t figured it all out, but we have a network of women who are well on their way. They know a thing or two about financial planning, perfecting a pitch deck for fundraising, and helping us color code our Google calendars to keep us motivated and on track. Grounding in tactical, practical skills should be fun, engaging, and satisfying, and with us, it is.
Special Events
For all of those things that we aren’t quite sure about but are willing to try. Human Design. Astrology. Tarot Cards. There are lots of different ways we can get to know ourselves and relate to each other on a deeper level. Human design sheds light on our emotional, psychological and energetic makeup. With astrology, we’re looking to the planets to better understand our patterns and cycles, and we’ve learned that there is no bad tarot card (even the death card, even when it’s pulled two times in a row, right, Gina?). Take what resonates and leave the rest.
Conversations
If you ask us, the women in our lives are kicking ass, and we want to hear from them - from the small business owners now wearing all the hats, to the artists supporting each other, and the entrepreneurs who are paving the way for the girls behind them, even when it’s hard - we’re (virtually) surrounded by women we admire. We want to know their stories and the stories that have shaped them. Pull up a chair and join us in the front row.
