STRONGER Flow with Rachel Huseby

STRONGER Flow with Rachel Huseby is a low impact interval training class. This 45-minute class is broken down into intervals that hit every muscle group, for a total body workout set to your favorite jams. It offers an emphasis on stretching and core work, and utilizes the body as a tool rather than equipment.
