Weekly Self-Massage: Hands and Arms
Making time to connect with our breath and bodies is difficult and often falls to the bottom of the to do list, but boy does it feel good! Join Karinn for this weekly workshop to learn soothing self-massage techniques that will help move the subtle energies of the body to create more space, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost overall immunity. This week we'll focus on points in our hands and necks and learn how relaxing and attending to these spots impacts other areas in our bodies. Karinn has a Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses that mindset to educate and connect us to our structures and bodies, and the ways in which we can care more deeply ourselves.
